Fees and Membership

Monthly Fees

• Gymnastics fees are to be paid in full at the beginning of each month, prior to your child attending any sessions.

• Fees are charged on a monthly basis and must be paid regardless of attendance. This ensures that your child’s spot in the class is reserved and helps us maintain the quality of our facilities, equipment, and coaching staff.

• Please note that gymnastics fees are non-refundable and cannot be prorated for missed sessions, holidays, or absences.

Yearly Membership with Welsh Gymnastics

• All members are required to hold a current yearly membership with Welsh Gymnastics. This membership provides important benefits such as insurance coverage for your child while they participate in gymnastics activities.

• The yearly membership fee is separate from monthly class fees and must be renewed annually. Families will be responsible for completing their child’s membership registration and payment directly through Welsh Gymnastics.

Payment Methods

• Payments for monthly fees can be made at reception or via bank transfer.

• Fees must be received by the 1st session of each month to ensure your child’s continued participation.

WhatsApp Group for Parents

• We have a dedicated WhatsApp group for parents/guardians to share updates, reminders and general club information. If you would like to join, please let us know, and we will add you to the group. This is a great way to stay informed and connected with our gymnastics club.

Additional Notes

• By enrolling in our club, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• If you have any questions or need assistance with payments, memberships or the WhatsApp group please contact us at info@neathymca.org.uk
