Being active is the secret to staying healthy, and walking is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to get moving. By planning out walks and encouraging each other, a walking group can have a huge impact on everyone involved.



Low Impact 13:30 – 14:30 – £3

This class chooses low impact exercises so you get the same results of strength and fat burn, without impact on your joints.



Yoga* 11:00 – 13:00 – £4

Yoga postures strengthen and tone the body, improving the flow of energy, helping to regulate the physical systems of the body and breath, and stilling the mind for meditation.
